Lovely Stay, Stellar Service!

I spent three nights here and loved it. The modern gym had plenty of equipment, including three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast was a true feast, with endless options prepared to perfection. Our room offered excellent space and contained two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

I found that the hotel's location required a bit of walking to reach the central area. The walk was somewhat lengthy to restaurants and the Imperial City. This aspect was inconvenient for quick excursions.

The staff showed attentiveness to detail and thoughtfulness. Their meticulous and professional service always exceeded my expectations. Everyone I met was friendly and also very helpful.

The building itself displays beautiful artwork on the walls. It also presents huge high ceilings with chandeliers and beautiful taste. The pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section, very inviting.

the hotel had very cute staff. they helped me all the time. the breakfast was excellent with many dishes. the hotel is very close to the train station, it takes only two minutes by walking.

my room was poorly soundproofed. i could hear clearly noise from other rooms. they charged me for local calls and transport at higher prices. the reception had a very cold attitude with no smile. it's was not pleasant.
